Specifically formulated for periorbital hyperpigmentation, it contains 3 potent depigmenting ingredients — patented Pekaline, Stabilised Vitamin C and Niacinamide — that regulate melanin formation at different stages to visibly reduce under-eye shadows, leaving the eye contour brighter and rejuvenated. Completely non-irritating with a pH close to the skin's (pH 5.1), making it ideal for the delicate eye area. Does not contain Retinol or AHAs.
